HHL: Custom Operations & Management Platform

A purpose-built operations platform replacing a fragmented mix of spreadsheets, email chains, and legacy software — giving the HHL team real-time visibility, automated workflows, and a foundation to scale.

The Challenge

HHL was managing a growing operational portfolio with tools that were never designed to work together: Excel for tracking, email for communication, and a legacy system for billing. Every report required manual data aggregation. Every process created a paper trail no one could reliably follow.

Leadership had no real-time view of operations. Decisions were made on data that was days or weeks old. The team was spending more time managing information than acting on it.

Our Solution

CI built a custom operations platform designed around HHL's exact workflows — not a generic tool they had to adapt to. The platform includes a real-time operational dashboard, task and workflow management, automated status reporting, and a client-facing portal for transparent communication.

We integrated the platform with their existing accounting software via API, eliminating duplicate data entry. Automated monthly summaries are now generated and distributed without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
